Our facilities are a unique and beautiful venue for public gatherings! Amenities include:

  • Wheelchair accessibility
  • Free WiFi
  • Access to audio/visual equipment
  • Free parking

Events that we have hosted in the past include:

  • Bridal showers
  • Family reunions
  • Community lectures
  • Service club meetings
  • Weddings

We can provide additional information and arrange a tour of our space.  Rates include staffing, standard room furniture, and house AV equipment. Time required for setup and teardown must be included in the time you have booked. 

Please note, we are not a licenced venue.  If you would like to serve alcohol at your event, please discuss this with Museum staff.  The renter will be responsible for ensure purchase of appropriate liquor licensing, use of SmartServ licenced serving staff and provision of adequate insurance coverage

Commercial Photo Shoots

Lambton Heritage Museum is nestled in a beautiful and photogenic oak savanna habitat. Not only can you explore the towering oak trees, but you can also step back in time in our five historic buildings. And the main gallery spaces are full of interesting artifacts! There are plenty of opportunities at our museum for photography. Book your photo shoot today!

$45 per hour + HST for commercial photo shoots.

Catering

We can offer light refreshments for your event, but we do not provide full catering. If you are interested in a catered event, you are welcome to make arrangements.

Parking

The museum has free onsite parking with accessible spots. We can accommodate busses and oversized vehicles. There is an electric vehicle charging station you can pay to use. Overnight parking is available at a cost of $7.00 per night. A parking permit must be filled out with the museum reception and the fee paid in person.

Weddings

The 1867 Cameron Church is nestled in the woods in a picturesque setting.  This cozy, rustic church is double-aisled with three rows of wooden pews. It is furnished with items from early local churches including a piano. The surrounding mature Carolinian oak forest provides a beautiful backdrop for photographs.

The church can seat up to 75 people for an intimate and unique wedding.

Plenty of parking is available onsite.
