Impossible Lasagna

Dorothy May Parks was born on November 27, 1927 to parents Owen and Rose (Munn) Parks in the Amherstburg area. She had two brothers.
On Saturday, July 29, 1950, Dorothy married Gordon Kenneth Proctor, the son of Kenneth and Esther (Ford) Proctor. He was the second of five children in his family. After Dorothy and Gordon’s marriage at Wesley United Church in Amherstburg, they made their home in Sarnia Township.
Dorothy and Gordon had four children together; one daughter and three sons.
Dorothy was a school teacher and Gordon worked at the CNR for forty-two years until his retirement. They both also farmed, gardened, travelled and enjoyed the outdoors and camping. They were faithful and active members of Wyoming Baptist Church.
The were married for sixty-five years until Dorothy passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Bluewater Health Petrolia CEEH. Gordon was 94 years old when he passed away at Lambton Meadowview Villa. They were both laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery, Sarnia.

Ingredients
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
8oz ground beef or turkey
1cup Italian tomato sauce
9 Tbsp biscuit baking mix
1 cup skim milk
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
¾ cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F. Brown meat in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese on the bottom. Mix browned meat, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and ½ of the mozzarella cheese. Spoon over cheese layer. In a blender, blend milk, baking mix and eggs for 15 seconds on high speed . Pour over meat mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
