IPM Tickets

McNeil championed Lambton County’s successful bid to host the International Plowing Match (IPM) in 1991. As chairman of the local committee, he promoted the idea of sharing the profits of the match with young people by establishing a post-secondary scholarship. As of 2019, $150,000 had been distributed among 99 students. McNeil’s vision created a lasting legacy for IPM 1991.
