Betty Ann Keck Tuna Supper

Betty Ann Dupuis was born on 14 December 1940, to Telesphore and Elizabeth Dupuis. Betty Ann was one of seven children:

  1. Raymond Alexander Dupuis (1939 – 2018)
  2. Betty Ann Dupuis Keck (14 Dec 1940 – 23 Aug 2008)
  3. Betty Jean. Dupuis Myrtle (1940 – 2001)
  4. Gerald Joseph Dupuis (abt. 1941 - 2021)
  5. Rosemary Dupuis (1948 – 2011)
  6. Anna Dupuis Moran (1937 - 2002)
  7. Doris Dupuis Griffin (? - 2002)

Betty Ann married Clayton Keck in about 1962 and they resided in Petrolia, Ontario. They had four children, one daughter and three sons. One son predeceased his parents in 1993. Her husband Clayton passed away in 1983, and Betty Ann passed on 23 August 2008. They were both laid to rest at Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia.

Ingredients

2 cans – 6 oz size flaked, light tuna
1 loaf French bread, about 14” long
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup chopped dill pickle
½ cup chopped celery
1 cup 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Tuna Supper Dish

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut top from loaf of bread lengthwise.
Hollow out bottom leaving3/4’ thick shell.
Tear bread removed from center of loaf into small pieces and combine with remaining ingredients.
Place in bottom shell.
Cover with top slice.
Wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake 40 minutes.
