This historic recipe comes to us from “Eaton’s of Sarnia Surprise Book”. The recipes in this book were submitted by the staff of Eaton’s Department Store in Sarnia. The Old Country Steakhouse Cheese Spread was submitted by Lynda Gyurky.

Jack Fogel, along with his partners, created Tab’s Restaurant in 1958. In the 1970’s they then opened Ye Olde Country Steak House Tavern at 1717 London Rd, now home to Big Fish Steak & Lounge.
