"Me, You & Us" Exhibit at Lambton Heritage Museum

Grand Bend, ON - Lambton Heritage Museum will be hosting an original exhibit by local artist Suellen Evoy-Oozeer, with the support of Susan Angela Bressette, next month.

"Me, You, & Us", a recipient of the Creative County Grant Program in 2019, will feature 27 portraits on display March 1 - 17. An opening reception will take place on Friday March 1, 2019 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., admission is free. Evoy-Oozeer will be hosting a "Meet the Artist" talk on Sunday March 3, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

The exhibit can be viewed Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. or Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Museum admission is $5.00 for adults, $4.00 for seniors and students, and $3.00 for children. For this exhibit only, individuals that present a status card will receive free admission. In addition, a Lambton Heritage Museum pass can be checked out at your local library. Lambton Heritage Museum is entrusted with the care of over 25,000 historic artifacts, photographs and documents which preserve the history of Lambton County. Situated on a 30 acre parcel across from Pinery Provincial Park, the museum maintains five historic buildings, two display buildings and one main exhibition centre, as well as visitor amenities including the 1km Woodland Heritage Trail. Over its 40 year history, Lambton Heritage Museum has evolved from a collection of collections, to a key repository, safe guard and educator of Lambton’s material heritage.
