Show & Tell

Do you own photographs, letters, diaries, or artifacts connected to Lambton’s past? We'd love to see them, and hear about them!

In celebration of Lambton's 175 Anniversary, we are hosting Show & Tell events across the county in partnership with Lambton County Library!

We're asking residents to share a local history item that they can show us, and then tell us about. These items can range from a photo, diary or paper records pertaining to a family from Lambton, an object used by a Lambton-centric business, to a piece of local sports memorabilia, an item that commemorated distinct community celebrations, or an item that was worn or used by a notable person from Lambton’s past. Please note that firearms are not permitted.

A team from Lambton County Museums will be on site to digitize and photograph your local history items to preserve their stories for future generations.

Please note that, for public safety reasons, firearms are prohibited from being showcased at Show & Tell and cannot be brought to any of the events.
