The Township of Warwick: A Story Through Time
In 2008, the History Township Committee put a great deal of time, energy and heart into the creation of the manuscript entitled The Township of Warwick: A Story Through Time. This sweeping history has been made available in its entirety in this virtual exhibit, along with additional photographs and research material that was not included in the original publication. This virtual exhibit was produced through a partnership between the Lambton County Archives and the Township History Committee.
Italians in Lambton
The first Italians had to earn the respect of and acceptance by the Sarnia-Lambton population. As expressed by many of the first Italians interviewed more than twenty-five years ago “People simply did not like you.” Today the Italian-Canadian community is a full participant, contributor and a strong part woven into Sarnia-Lambton fabric.
