The Oil Museum of Canada, National Historic Site makes our collections of documents, photographs, and artifacts historically significant to oil history, available to the public.
Start by checking out our Online Collection database. Currently, a small portion of the Lambton County Museums and Archive's collections are searchable through this site. You can arrange an in-person visit to thoroughly review all of our material.
Plan your research visit
You must book an appointment prior to your visit to gain access to the museum's collection. Please contact the museum to book an appointment. It may require up to two weeks to retrieve items from collections storage.
